You can track your order using the tracking information we email to you. Once your parcel leaves Australia, you can use the same tracking code to track it via Royal Mail.

Our UK delivery partner is Royal Mail. We mail our orders with Australia Post, who hand them over to Royal Mail when they arrive in the UK.

Absolutely! We use unbranded mailbags.

Yes - provided you initiate a return within 30 days of ordering, and provided your items are unworn and in their original condition (with tags attached) then you can initiate a return here.

At the moment, we will only accept returns posted back to us at 1 Kipling Street Cremorne Victoria Australia 3121.

We are working towards having a UK address to accept returns, so make sure you sign up to our mailing list for updates.

Provided the tracking information shows your parcel arriving in the UK, you will need to contact Royal Mail to find out where your parcel is within their network.

If still in Australia, please let us know and we can investigate with Australia Post.
