1. Listening to Our Community
Our ideas start with you—whether it’s through our style quiz, social media conversations, in-store chats at our shop, or emails. Every suggestion helps us design products that make you feel at home in your body.
2. Market Research
We look at what’s available in the market. If the product doesn't yet exist, we start designing.
If a similar product exists, we ask: can it be better? More comfortable? Higher quality? If the answer is yes, we start designing.
3. Designed Locally with Care
We collaborate with talented local designers to bring your ideas to life. Once the design feels right, we develop patterns locally.
4. Sampling and Adjustments
Our first sample is created and refined—sometimes more than once—to get the fit just right.
5. Manufacturer Partnership
We send finalised designs and fabric preferences to our manufacturer, who creates the first production sample.
6. Community Testing
Members of our community in Naarm test the garments in real life to ensure comfort and durability.
7. Small-Batch Production
After final tweaks, we move into small-batch production to keep quality high.
